  • Do you have WiFi?
    No, there is no WiFi available at Kestrel Lodge Campsite. However, the 4G signal is pretty good on the campsite, so you can still stay connected to the internet using your mobile data. Our guests sometimes prefer to take this opportunity to disconnect from the digital world and enjoy the natural surroundings and relaxed atmosphere of our campsite.
  • Can we have a campfire at Kestrel Lodge Campsite
    Yes! We provide a fire pit free of charge at your pitch, all we ask that you please don't bring your own and that you buy logs from reception and don't use your own wood. This helps us ensure the safety of our guests and the conservation of the natural surroundings. Thank you for understanding.
  • Do you accept roof tents/tent box's?
    Yes we do! But roof tents and tent boxes, must be booked on a hard standing campervan pitch. Unfortunately they are not permitted in the camping field
  • Do you accept trailer tents?
    Unfortunately no we don't accept trailer tents
  • Can I get a refund if I cancel?
    To reserve your booking at Kestrel Lodge Campsite, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit. Full payment is required 2 weeks before your arrival. If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before your arrival, unfortunately, you will not be able to get a refund. We have a detailed terms and conditions page on our website that provides more information about our cancellation policy. We recommend reviewing this before making a booking to ensure you are aware of the specific terms and conditions.
  • We will have two tents, do I have to book two pitches.
    Yes please! As we have license that restricts the number of tents, we need to ensure only the allowed number of tents are booked. You can do this all in one booking though. Simply select one tent pitch and add the number of people, then at the end of the booking it will ask you do you want to make another booking. Say Yes, then select the dates and number of people for your second tent. Any questions please don't hesitate to contact us though
